When (as I did last night) you break your abstinence (I was at 10 days), do you go through any kind of withdrawal again once you return to being AF?

One day will definely be a headache or hangover. The 10 days really got rid of the ucky stuff & your body started to adjust to life without alcohol pulsing thru it's veins. I havent taken drugs or driink for 5 days now, I have been drinking and drug taking for more or less 5 years, I feel fine just very tired and a headache. Is this normal or is it just a coincidence. I dunno I never detoxed for this long before!! LOL I feel positive tho and not even thinking about breaking.Comment
