    Before you start panicking.................stop.

We can google ourselves to death over a cold remedy. Like it's not a cold it's nose cancer type thing.
It could be worse, I could be filing.

jc i was panicking before thats kind of the problem, i got to about 10 o clock and have been feeling like i'm just about to have a panic attack for half an hour, i cannot get myself calm, its really freaking me out, its why i asked whether there might be a cause for it
I have faced it, a life wasted, and I am never going back there again

Hey hey hey... throttle back there Incheroo... you're going to make it worse if you start stressing. I can, literally, talk myself out of a panic attack. Take deep breaths... in out in out... and stay focused on your breathing. Let every breath exhale slower and have a fixed picture of "calm" in your mind's eye... Your body is fine... it's your mind that is fuelling the stress.

Rightio the little I know about the Kindling effect is from repeated detoxes from alcohol using benzos. So let's drop the kindling thing Ok.

            Have you eaten today?
Have you drunk that Red Bull?
            Are you tired?

You're fine Inchy. Yer Fam is always doing drama and it wears off on you. It's OK... just let it pass through you if you know what I mean... don't take it on board.

Okay and we are back, apologies for the minor technical difficulties there, not-quite-normal service is now resumed. Still stressed, but better. may be a touch naughty and go for a fag in a minute, try and get myself calmed right down

and i had red bull at about 2 in the afternoon, then coffee, but thats normal for me

Put the Red Bull & Coffee away Inchy - that's what's causing the stress & palpitations. You are probably dehydrated too !
Drink loads of water & a calming tea if you have it ?

                          You're doing great there, Inchy.

Only thing I've done after Red Bull is the ironing at 4am.

We used to drink vodka and red bull when it came out first of all. I was in my early 30s and partying hard. It's really crap sugar carby nasty ass stuff!

Hate to say it, but the Red Bull and the coffee aren't good for eczema either, apparently.

You have absolutely nothing whatsoever to apologise for, BTW.

haha, guys you are really worrying too much about my caffeine intake here, its normal for me to consume large amounts of red bull and coffee and I have never had this kind of response before. Only thing that's made me feel that bad in the past is combining pot and immuno-suppresants (fyi: worst, idea, ever).

i did stop red bull for a while though, relapsed on that too xD i really do suck at this substance thing
