mario: random point of interest - i was very nearly on the same meds as you for my skin haha, autoimmune disorders suck, its official.

molly: is your phone doing predictive text on you? coz if so you're doing better than I would be. I can't use that at all, it hurts my brain too much.

mrs.A: hope you're feeling better today, haven't read back on yesterday so maybe ye are, if not then hugs your way

and news from inchyland: day 4 today, ahve not made it to day 5 in over 2 years now so any help in getting through tonight would be great. have got a secret weapon in the form of my fiance's anti-anxiety pills (I checked, they're fine with my meds haha) and they helped me get through last night. In other news, I know I talked about my home situation a bit the other day, but I didn't actually know how bad things were until yesterday morning, my mum sat me down - she hasn't left the house in about 5 days, or answered a phone, or even checked messages. She was agoraphobic in her 20's and it looks like we need to get her help pretty much now or she's going down that road again. Anyway, misery part over, alot to do today, suns out and fmaily shopping has to be done so off I go, catch ya'll later

Wonderful morning at work. Lots of happy dancing going on. Was surrounded by sobriety

Some with a couple of weeks, some with months, some with years and one relapser having another bash at re-hab and this time he really wants to go. It's just lovely to see, had a wee happy tear in my eye.

I just do the meet and greet. There's one or two bag buggers but on the whole they're a good bunch. Oh and there's one brings us chocolate every week.

Interesting sometime, but yesterday I spent half the afternoon cleaning a fecking great pan with burnt scrambled egg on the bottom.
