Whizzy, how are you fellow runner? How was the physio? I was suppose to have an appt with a physio tomorrow cos the top side of my right foot started giving me agro earlier in the week. Didn;t run till this morning, but it seems to have eased up a bit. Fingers crossed all will be ok for Windy Mare. Oh... and you popped up in one of my dreams a few nights back! Cannae mind what happened or anything, but yeah you were there...

Speaking of dreams had one last night where I had drunk a can of beer... and I'd drunk it forgetting i didn't drink and it was only some time after that I was like, "Oh shit... I just drank a can of beer there" Suppose these kind of dreams are normal and par of the course.

Dentist today - gotta get a pin(?) sounds bit of like one of those ouch-ya-bugger-you-stuck-a-fricking-pin-in-me-tooth-that's-on-all-accounts-wrong kind of things. Few fillings to :no: Ah well...

Anyone want me to pre-cook brekkie tonight for tomorrow morning? :H

Hey Foxy :hallo: Yeah... my upper right foot has been a bit angry this past week. Good to hear yours is better today - hopefully it'll be fine once the swelling's all gone. Dr Arsey recommends: put your feet up with the second half of Corrie, toast and butter... or chocolate if it's available!

Good to see you arsey. Don't know what's going on, but it really shouldn't take this long for them to get you connected to the Internet? Something's wrong there.

It's a very average size satzy, but it didn't get mown at all last year on account of my drinking and the very wet spring we had, so it needs an awful lot of work to try to rescue it. It's very lumpy with weeds at the moment.
