Ah there's plenty of posh up northside too, my accent goes rite country when I'm home, with my stoppin and startin, generally anything that starts with st brings out my true colours, but you have to love it:H Ya I think loads of Conamara people relocated to Meath at one stage, think they speak a good bit of Irish there still, and boom there I go rambling again, but god isn't it great to be sober and able to have a chat and an interest in stuff

I only take it coming up to the weekend - or if something is happening that would have the 'ol drinking brain kick in. Like yesterday - Friday -finished work - tired hungry - on a feckin diet and thought botttle red wine would be a lovely 'treat'.

Thought it through to the end - i.e. next morning
and BAM - that particular dream went away LOL

Off now with Mr S for a walk - he's pacing in the kitchen.

Now............... where's that feckin' lead again :H

Morning all! When I was little I wished I could move to Ireland or England to get an accent Still do! When I was very small, I spoke with a Bostonian accent for no apparent reason - a little Irish kid living in Southern California who learned Spanish as a first language ( I had a Spanish nanny). Now, I am living in Philly, trying my damndest NOT to get a Philly accent after 16 years out here. Sheesh, I am a mess....lol Hope all is well in teh Army. Busy day today. My daughter comes home from college tomorrow

AB builds up in the system. If you take it during the week, lay off during the weekend and drink, you can be doing huge harm to your liver.

In my case, first time around, I waited two weeks after a couple of months of AB daily, and still suffered horrible SEs. Ended up in ER.

I know my advice is fairly useless around here but AB is an all or nothing, to be done safely.

Cindi - what's your dosage? I'm taking 250 mg every evening and feeling exhausted during the day. I'm going down to 125 mg each day starting tonight because I can't afford to be so tired all the time.

250 mgs/day.

Doctor was thinking of going up to 500 mgs/day at the outset but since I am staying sober, she decided 250 mgs/day is enough for now.

I, too, suffer some fatigue but nowhere near what Baclofen caused.

I have added more coffee to my day.

How long have you been taking it?
