No I wouldn't dream of taking it and drinking. What I meant was I do not need it day to day. If I feel an urge - rarely now - but if I do - I pop an AB. In my head then I cannot even think about drink for 14 days .

Good afternoon Army!

Interesting discussions re AB I take it like Satz. If I feel tempted and I know when it is coming I take 1 and then I am safe for 5 days. I have had a bottle of them for 18 months and probably only taken 10!:H

Got the central heating on, brass monkey weather here.

Did a little race with my grandaughter this morning and kept my fleece on all the way:upset:

WEll that was a most enjoyable afternoon. Sent himself next door to was the FA Cup Final. 2 whole cans of beer were consumed by him. How do they do that

And Channel 5 had an afternoon of CSI's and Columbo and large nanna nap.

Oh and a large amount of tea and biscuits. Nice.

Would take another the following weekend if necessary !
