If you've got a spare 2 or 3 hours,Satz. I've got about a ton of cherry tomatoes and haven't got a clue what to do with them. Looking for a chutney or relish recipe and haven't had any luck so far.

Aww Reccy you are a lovely bear.
Gonna take a little bit from each recipe and see how it comes out.
Mind what a non-reactive pan is I'll never know. The Cresuet will have to do.
Just stick a dish cloth in his hand and he'll be grand,Molls. It could be worse, I could be filing.

I s'pose part of my 'mixed feelings' are that I know the behaviour of Joey in the whole thing now also will have to be examined as I'm sure the parents will drill that home too - do I really WANT to know the whole story? Not really - but I know I have to --- cowardice I s'pose, part of me just hoped it would 'go away - with Joey moving out of the apartment and getting a job.
It's truly horrible, and the waiting for the shit to hit the fan is prolly the worst part -
Joe was going to go on a ride-out on his bike today but he cancelled it - so he's just slipped out for an hour, I'll be glad when he gets home and then we can face whatever needs facing together --- feeling a bit blah with a nasty headcold doesn't help --- AT ALL!!!!
Sorry - you did ask:H

Well I have to say that my tomato chutney is rather good.
Doubt it's WI standards but I'm quietly chuffed.
Threw about a kilo of cherry tomatoes in the pan with salt, black pepper, cumin, cayenne pepper, cider vinegar, loads of brown sugar, chilli powder and an hour or so later it's tastes like errrrrrrrr chutney. I'm afraid haven't got any exact measurements. It could be worse, I could be filing.

Afternoon / early evening troops. You all ok? How's tricks with you Molls - quite an undertaking with Joey's pal moving in... thinking of you and hoping there aint too much agro and that when the music is faced it aint like some heavy metal, if that makes sense?!
Back at the folks again this evening - have to get me car MOT'd tomorrow morning, and the garage is up by theirs. Ummm... so Arsey's world has just consisted of finishing an essay for uni and tending to my sore right foot  I'm still determined to do Windermere next Sunday... but think I might to take a break from running quite as much, see a physio/doc and get the thing damn foot back to fine working order. Went for a run this morn and was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ooooooooooooooooooooo....SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWW WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW....
Oh and I;m stressing about one of me classes cos they have a performance in a couple of weeks and we've ended up with a bunch of shite. Really. End of play yesterday, I can out of the class and was like, oh boy, this is gonna be embarrasing... Funny how that kinda stress affects yer thinking and stuff (and hell it's such small fry compared to other threads right now, and other peeps lives here in the army) but it it's interesting to see how it affects you, when you're stressed. Like it brings a focus but it also feels castrating, if that makes sense?
Am i making any sense I think i've been away so long i'm not used to social interaction in the Army :H
Right back laters folks...

Jaysus i never remember putting heating on in mid May. Your Tomato chutney sounds delicious Jc i love chutneys but not too sweet or sharp. Never made my own buts its an idea to try at some stage. Have a lovely sunday.

Yoo Hooo!
Big changes in Moll's Mansion. And good to see yer posting again Mr Arr See (being formal seeing as Jackie mentioned it's the Sabbath).
The garage is... well... it's a fucking mess achully. I've taken a case of the vapours and have retired to the kitchen where I'm making a plethora of food to ease my agita!
Just made me first mango milkshakes of the year and they are feckin YUM! I put a little milk and some coconut oil in... then just ice. No need for sugar as the mangoes are that sweet. Vewwy pleased I am now I just need to figure out a way to stop the neighbours and yard guys from nicking them.
OK, off to brave the emotional wasteland that comprises a garage and a large level of pissed-off-ness... Enter at yer own risk... :egad:
