well, to be honest wrecky...I had a DUI last year and the state of Florida requires some basic counseling....I opted (and paid) for deeper, one on one counseling was beyond the basic state requirements.
And yes....I was sober for a long time, and thought I might try just sticking with wine on Saturday date nights.....Nothing disastrous has happened, but I know where this will end up, so I am battling complacency. And, counseling will address other issues in my life...stress, my friend's suicide last year, etc. A "tune up" as I like to call them is always healthy.

All I can say is good on you for recognising that you have issues and facing up to them mama. And it's good that you recognise the dangers of modding, too. I hope the counselling helps. :l

Thanks mama. I am actually having weekly alcohol counselling at the moment and I paid for about 6 months of general counselling last year. And yes, you're right, it was eye-opening and very painful and upsetting at times, but it helped a lot.

Afternoon army not long back from Post office and Tesco. Very heavy showers here all afternoon and i'm sick getting caught in them. Glad to be home on the couch with a coffee. Sorry they didn't find your laptop Inchy. Pingu just hope your wrist doesn't give you too much grief over the weekend. My foot is a bit sore to walk but i have meds. i hope it heals when the meds are finished i'm limping and walking at a slower pace but could be worse. Just watching last night's corrie that i missed. :television::cupajoe:
