My dad survived bowel cancer in his early 60s (he died about 15 years later from a completely unrelated cancer), so me and my brother are quite careful about watching our ermmmmmmmm habits.
And the lass I was going to meet today for lunch (she's 53) has had it and still has to go dor 6 monthly colonoscopies (sp).
Well worth doing Satz, even if it's just for peace of mind.It could be worse, I could be filing.

Is that what they said satzy or are you hypothesising? How long have you been AF?
I have a feeling it's wheat or yeast Reccie - just a hunch - stopped the wheat 2 weeks ago and the pains have all but gone :yay:

I NEVER thought I could even go a day without - not joking Reccie.
Once I had day one down - then it carried on from there !
It began to dawn on me - yes I can survive without daily alcohol. Mad really !

Oh dear. The family is out for onenight and my eating habits have gone to hell. I've had half a slab of bubbles, a packet of instant oats with butter and some leftover cottage pie with lashings of tomato sauce.
