    Good morning, good afternoon, good evening to all the SHOUTER OUTERS around the world.

    The day of the week we give ourselves a pat on the back has arrived again. So lets hear you SHOUT it LOUD and PROUD. Remember we all started with a day one.

      It is 127 days

      I have encountered many, what I always believed, would be challenges - but as Molly says, I can't say a drink would have improved them ..... that is constantly an eye-opener.

      Still have more challenges to come - but ODAT on those

                    Hi all, well today is day 50 for me and happy to be here,the thought of drink creeps in or the habit of what l always did ,makes me frustrated,but l get over it,l think when l over think about wanting a wine it makes me sad,so l have to stop thinking that way,let's along weekend for me here in Canada,so that's my trigger,l guess any weekend could be,so here l am sobber for 50 days and going to be forever,l will fight this demon,thanks everyone this site makes it easier,most days I'm okay lts not even the drink l miss it's the habit of what l did ,so change my way of thinking is what l have to do,l really like coming here,when l didn't for a few days l thought of wine more,so thanks mwo for this site and all of you from everywhere,we all have this monkey were dealing with on our backs,can't wait to be free of the thought!!! Happy Sunday all!!
