      THANKS K9

      And you know what??

I have moments when I suddenly think "Man I have really got a good life." Just odd moments, like when I take my coffee out to the balcony and out up my feet and see some birds hanging out.
Or when I light some candles and lounge on the couch with my old soft blanket.
Or when I sit down at my bead area and realize I can make so much different stuff, with only MILLIONS of beads to choose from HAHAHA

Sounds pretty damn excellent Ann and BTW who needs famous? Playing what we want when we want is pretty damn good too!
2023 - focus, getting it done, and living the way it should be and being the person I need to be.

Hooray Ann! I am so happy for you!

Good or bad, it is what it is. Drinking does not make it easier to cope AT ALL. It actually gives you more bad stuff to cope with!
That statement is so true. It takes a while to learn how to deal with just living life after years of avoiding it. Uncomfortable at first, but it's worth the time and trouble.

                  Another thing

The bf had a beer, (he doesn't drink much at all) and left a bit in the can.
I poured it out to throw it away. The smell of that beer made me gag.

I take that as a good sign. LOL

Our last night in Vancouver there is a big party. I think I might go just to watch people.
Some of my group will be there I'm sure. To drink, since they will feel they "deserve " it after we work the show all week. I will be taking my antabuse in case I need it.
I feel like I'm getting to the point where I can use my own common sense to abstain but I won't take any chances.
