I crashed out early last night, which at least meant it wasn't complete and utter torture to get up when the alarm went off. Only one day to go - I've taken a day's leave on Friday so that Mrs. T and I can go and do something nice (her bronchitis permitting). Our birthdays are just one day apart.

I'm between couch and bed (akchully just hit the bed!) and ready for a good snooze. I started reading "Wheat Belly" (Siren... if yer reading... it's a must read) and got a tad wrapped up in it. I'm now going to be looking squinty eyed at all grain manufacturers... with good reason.

Now going to s-t-r-e-t-c-h out in the leaba and read just.one.more.little.bit of Wheat Belly! ;o)

Morning Tipps and all to come. It rained tru the night here but forecast is for another dry sunny day with mild tempetures. Been awake since 4am so sleeping tru the night is still a problem but as long as i get enough sleep i'll get by. Be nice for you and mrs T to do something for friday i hope she is well enough. Xpost morning Zen i'm still in bed watching morning tv and just finished my 3rd coffee. Trying to stay awake if i can and going to get breakfast soon. Have a good sleep and a nice day when you awake. My sinius is at me these days as it gets milder and sunny but won't complain about the weather as we get enough rain. Got some washing to hang out, bring in the wheelie bin and going to AA meeting for 1pm.

It's wheely bin here today too, so that's three of us on about wheely bins!. :goodjob:

"Bin" up since 3am, went up the lane for my usual walk, had a couple of coffees, and then went out in the garden at 4.30am. Perfect conditions for weeding...it chucked it down yesterday and it's been dry overnight so the soil is moist without being sodden, so I got quite a lot done.

Is your birthday tomorrow, tips? Sorry about the sinuses foxy. You should be asleep zenny.

Morning Reccie 3 of us with wheelie bin days lol. Sinius is ok so far but i just take a painkiller when it gets bad. Good fo you gettinan early morning walk in. I'll do it later. Fromnt garden needs mowing its getting bad again so might tackle that after AA meeting if the rain keeps off. Just had boiled egg toast and orange juice for brekkie. Not sure if i''l fall asleep again but i have the alarm set to wake up and get ready to go out. :bin::butterfly::bee:
