Just read a post from Popeye - sorry to hear he had a bad weekend - glad to hear he has picked himself back up - Well last week was pretty bad for me too - had a tremendous crash off the wagon!! (after 2 weeks AF which was a complete shock. What a sneak f!!?er this alcohol thing is - Drank Mon, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun

Just so bloody miserable with the sun shining - will I ever be able to beat this thing????

Any way - have gone at this all guns blazing!!! this time. Started taking topa on Fri, taking 3 kudzu 3 times per day and 3 glutamine 3 times per day and 3 GABA 3 times per day, 1500mg of vit C in morning and 4 capsules of the amino acid twice per day and multi vitamins twice per day + milk thistle 3 times per day. Is there anything else that anyone takes or does???

Hi Serenity..when you fall of the path temporarily you dont go back to square one ..or the beginning...you jump back on to where you had reached before you fell of it.?

So for you rock on and jump back onto your pathway through life and glance back over your shoulder only briefly to applaud yourself for 2 weeks AF...and here you go agai...good Luck
