Going along okay, just feeling in need of a little inspiration on day 18, hence this post/thread. So i'm leaning on y'all a little.

Lean away spesh friend!

In terms of inspiration, for me, the euphoria (which lasts not so long) one gets from indulging is absolutely (and very quickly) diminished by the horrible feelings of disappointment in sacrificing the previous AF days.

Or nothing beats the feeling of being NOT hungover.....

Or as K9 says, you're never gonna wake up and wish you had gone on a bender....

18 days is fabulousimo.

Hiya Flyaway and Nicey. Thanks for your posts.

Flyaway, i'm about to go for a run, so i'll be fine. I'm not back at work till next Tuesday, so I have the break till then to nail my AF time, so as to be nearer 30 days next week. Work/management issues has been my recent danger zone, but they have been mostly resolved a week or so ago.

Glad to hear it G. Physical activity seems to be such a crucial key in breaking away from a craving. Glad to hear that the work sitch is improving.
