Bought some veg plugs during the week so my weekend is planned getting the beds sorted and them in. Planning to go to Bloom on Monday, would be lovely if the weather holds.

Keeping the restrains on myself in only having about 8 types of veg. It could all end in tears yet as it is my virginal planting year, a total novice I am.

Nope, been getting the field to look a bit more like a garden for the past couple of years and now its finally time for the veg garden. The compost is looking well though, if I do say so myself. Only bought 2 courgette plants cause I did read they are quite prolific.

Oh and I am only planting stuff that we eat, sounds obvious but you never know with some of the stuff I buy. For instance when I got my veg this week somehow a big bottle brush plant ended up coming home with me too. Well he looked so lonely.....
