Well here it is too damn hot to do much but shower and hide in the shade, If that can be found 45.6 at the moment. You can't buy a cloud. Worse tomorrow at 47.8 which should break the record for the day.

It is so hot I burnt my labneh balls

- What is special about your playing, and your instrument?

- What motivates you? What keeps you going?

- How is life for you off the road or when you're not gigging? Especially after a tour. Is it difficult to re-adjust back into life at home after time on the road?

- What does good mental health mean for you?

- Do you experience, or have you ever experienced a mental health issue you'd like to talk about?

- How important are friends and relationships to you?

- What would you say to fans who are struggling with mental health issues at the moment?

My goodness, building websites, phDing, pea & ham souping, yoga teaching learning...what an industrious bunch we are. Amazing what we can do when we don't commit so much time & effort to being/getting/recovering from drinking. Go Undies.

Had a dinner party last night for some friends who are moving out of the area.
Rendang curry (Neil Perrys recipe, paste made from scratch)
Prawn & snow pea & tomato curry ( made from scratch)
Green chicken curry (paste from a jar)
Steamed jasmine rice
Lemon cream tort (made by Mum) & strawberries
Fed 8 people with minimal fuss & lots of laughs and I got to have curry for breakfast.
Good times.
