Well I've been here so many years wanting something like this. Tried the horticultural society but they're all retired and too tired to do anyone else's garden. Long ago I was part of a barter group called LET'S that was great. Bit like the old barn raising thing. People built houses that way. I traded orchard & vineyard pruning for music lessons etc for the kids.

Ficks, you're inspiring. I just googled our local Permablitz and signed up for the newsletter. There wasn't anything upcoming but it was an interesting read. The Lamp thought it was a great idea too. So we'll see what the go is.

Morning all,

Just back from me own permablitz. I put the bins out.

Bridge. Your website is incredible. I got lost in it, what with all the articles and interviews on regenerating bush, trends in permablitz, how to pot a herb, and in the weekend leisure area, Bridge even shows you how to pot the black ball without the white going in off. It's all there. There's even a review on Tracky daks, just to round it off. You don't get this sort of personal touch and inside frontline info from the majors. :goodjob:

In related news, i'm seeing no reason why my website can't go live around end of july. Working on a logo with an artist at the mo and meeting to maybe finish it/decide on it fridee. Then there cometh the t-shirt, the coffee mug, the stubby (bundy ginger beer) holder, the compilation album's, the community work, the sharing of info on mental health and getting the dialogue flowing where I live firstly, to break down the stigma, and let people know it's ok to reach out, you are not alone.

Back to the coalface today. Mens health week this week y'all. Attending a talk today by a former Olympic athlete who's an ambassador for beyond blue and couple of events through the week.
