Thank you for all your well wishes...I hadn't heard about the needles and such Nora. It is a strange world where kids hurt themselves to feel good. Her cuts look like cat scratches. They gave her a tetnus shot at the hosp 1st time.. I hope it doesnt get worse. Think I will keep her around home for a bit. Gonna try doing some thing with her that she likes. She says myself and her sis are exactly alike, and she is odd man out.....better, I watched flight. Pretty good, the drinking just like it happens...Rags, have fun with the training...must go to the shop a bit...later

I've emailed a request for my first muso interview for me new health website. I am excitement. A muso from USA I just came across and liked his vibe, so looking forward to see what happens now. but seriously, CARBS are the enemy.
minimal carbs and sugar for two weeks.

wife and i are each doing the lose weight thing, she is doing super am so proud of her she has lost about 4 kg. in another week we are easing back into carbs now that our appetite has diminished and we are getting used to decent meal sizes, exercise is next. We took the kids on a small bush walk yesterday, maybe 5kl. nearly killed my wif, i carried the little one about the last 1kl on my shoulders but it was fun.. bit sore now

So many things that I want to say! But my only cxn at the mo is through the iPhone so I will keep it short and sweet.....

Bridge - I missed your birthday! Hope you had a good one and that G and Reg cleaned up after themselves!

Angel - I am going to call you next week!

Bird - big hugs to you. I've had to deal with self harm in foster kids in the past and it isn't pretty. But it has become ridiculously common. From what you have said, sticking close to your daughter and making her feel included in your family unit sounds like the right strategy to me.

Photos - they are on my computer but not yet in photobucket. I have a special collection of frog photos and garden photos. Including some that are photos of frogs in gardens :H:H

I'm now ensconced in my new unit in Sydney, but surrounded by emplty packing boxes dirty washing from our trip and with most space taken up with storage boxes belonging to the people I am sub leasing from. We had some hitches with non arrival of luggage and air freight but that is sorted now. I've spent this week getting over jet lag and the cold ingot about two weeks ago - weekend priorities involve finding a laundromat and imposing a sense of order in my living space:-) think I am going to like this place, even if it is only for 4 months - it is small but perfectly formed:-)

For the first time in years I have a tv - grateful if someone could send me a list of required undie viewing so I can keep up with everything!!!! I shall take advantage of Mr Bs absence to indulge in a bit of mindless evening viewing!

I know part of the Aspy diet is to get fat first then you've got nowhere to go but thinner (brilliant), so i'd expect Jonesy to do a few laps of her block after she gorges on her mid morning mudcake.
