        Sorry boys! It seems I started the smut deluge by mentioning when I get a resty happy face. I'll not be doing that again.....given your sensitive natures.... LOVE YOU!!!!

        Right - back to regular programming.

        Cranked up 220 kilojoules on the trusted tready this morning. Found t his grunty, raw, thumpy song called Flaunt It. Had it on high vol (much to Oscar's surprise) and hit the tread. NOICE....

        My first born's birfdy tomorrow. She will be 30 .... which makes me......getting a wee bit older! Acshully I'll be the big five o in a couple of weeks. YIKES!!

        Must away - someone's yelling my name.....

        Oh.....just got a call from a Pearsons Florist. Wanted to know where to find a person called Nicey in this establishment....... Interesting no???? It's not my birfdy today and I haven't done anything nice for anyone in about 15 years so can't be a thank you......
