Slept like Rumpelstiltskin again last night --- AND I'm home-alone (well 'cept for Joey in the leaba, but that doesn't count) -- gonna chill for an hour before I've to go and get my hair cut - have to go to this shagging weddings 'afters' tonight --- FECKING HATE 'AFTERS' ---- it's like 'give us a present and then come and spend your own money on drink for an hour' -- FFS --- anyway - Jilly'll have a ball, she looks mindblowing in the bridesmaid dress - had an hour of tears yesterday cos someone over-tweaked her eyebrows --- gawd I'd forgotten 'girly' things:H:HI'll do whatever it takes

Ooops forgot the white rabbits, white rabbits, pinch and punch thingy
Now that's out of the way.
It wouldn't be normal family life if there wasn't some shouting, rows and slamming doors.
Hoping to have a wee trip to Sainsbury's meself for some messages today.
Fascinated about GM crops in the US. Gonna start reading labels over here now.It could be worse, I could be filing.

I'm glad Sarah's getting a good day for the wedding -- feckin dreading these after's tonight - I've avoided soooo many wedding bits in the last few weeks, hen parties, make-up girly nights, 'lets tie bows on the menu's' nights --- FFS ya don't have to be THAT inventive to go on the piss

That big posh wedding, you remember the one where the woman across the road had the same hat on as me. I was gagging for a cup of coffee when they were doing the pre-wedding breakfast champagne thing.
The staff were so busy that they said if I didn't mind I could use the staff kitchen and get me own. I was like a pig in muck. There were biscuits as well.It could be worse, I could be filing.

I've an easy out on this, Joe's working today and tomorrow so he'll be going independently, and Joey has bailed, so it's just me in me mo-mo - I'll appear for an hour and do my (albeit nearly 6ft tall) discreet sliding out of door trick then!
It's in the Marine Hotel in Sutton, my sister got married there - and have to admit it was the first time I ever got pissed - the bestman kept pouring vodka and lemon down my throat!!!
Met my first love there as well - and I worked there as a waitress for a summer after I left school - so LOTS of history!
We had hotel booked for our reception. So when church over we bailed into the cars and off we went the Bridesmaids car behind us.
Got to Howth and yer man turned into the Marine Hotel -
Says I from the back: you are not going in here are you?
Says he : er yeah
Says I : its the ROYAL Marine in Dun Laoghaire :H
thought you were taking the long route. I know .................... I was only 21 lads and in lurve
Jazus then we had to turn 'round and drive all through Dublin City in rush hour traffic.
I had tried not to have a fag - but I just had to lose all dignity and light up so stressed was I :H
The 'posh' sherry reception of one glass each - had turned nasty as they were skulling it down waiting for us :H:H
