    Evening troops.

    Just ate.............. **BARP**..................excuse me.

Bet it wasn't as good as CHEF Tips. But then I don't have an entourage of sous chefs to delegate to :H

Well it's all right now. I've learned my lesson well. You see you can't please everyone, so you've got to please yourself.

On the contrary. Here it is viewed (heard) as a gesture that the meal masticated and ingested was one of pleasure for the diner.

            The curry was delicious

I didn't have plain yougurt, so used creme fraiche for the raita. Rather good!

Ah - creme fraiche for raita - sounds delish Tips. :goodjob:

Any left over curry for brekkie? Not everyone's taste first thing in the morning, but for some it's like cold pizza... something just taste better the following day.

Evening army still hot and sunny here. Not sure what the tempeture is but was to get up to 20 to 22c. Bet that's low for summer in SA :H. Got the back garden done and then just sunbathing for the rest of the afternoon. Me back got a bit sunburned but hopefully won't keep me awake. Nice dinner Tipps chicken curry with raita too hot for curry this weather. Just finished my dinner of pork chop with roast spuds and cauliflower cheese. Nice one Satz getting the day off tomorrow forecast is for more sunny weather in to early next week. Nice to have the festival to look forward to Inchy sounds like fun. Off to have some fruit and yogourt. Had a pack of crisps and a toffee crisp after lunch as well as toasted cheese and ham sandwich. Must have all the gardening giving me an appetite.:H

Hey foxy - interesting wee fact, many cultures (Mexican's, Indians and Sri Lankans) eat spicy food in part because it makes them sweat and helps cool them down in the heat. (Chili's are also addictive - I used to live in Sri Lanka and after about 6 months was actually raiding the larder for fresh whole chili's to eat straight cos the lunch curry was never hot enough! I kid you not!)
