I can't remember what I had... 26 or 27,000 or summat... that the moderators deleted for me. Where do all these posts go in any event? Your profile only holds, like, 500 I think. The ether must be stuffed full to the brim with old Army posts! LOL...

I'm leaving here next Tuesday Satz. Yep, I'm getting quite excited. I have no cold weather gear though. They've put a pile of jumpers down at our house for me (can't even buy that here at this time of year) so I've now got to go looking for "proper" trousers (I always wear capris and flip flops... I'm a Floridian bogtrotter dontcha know?!)
So you have a day orf on the morrow then? Can't believe yiz are getting good weather for the beach. Hope it feckin comes to the island and stays while my anemic arse is there... I'll be freezing me tits orf on the island when everyone else is thinking it's balmy...

Yo Zennifer, where's the lace beginning with a C?
Have you checked your passport expiry date?
Now remember we don't use shillings, half crowns or two bob bits any more. But it's still pounds.
For all it's faults BA is still the comfiest airline I've ever flown with.It could be worse, I could be filing.
AF since 7/7/2009

My one fear last time I travelled was the airport - usually a dash to the bar previously - survived though

I reckon I'll just hand them some dough over at Heathrow Exchange jobbie. I'm going to be discombobulated with the whole Euro thing... note to self "must research same".
BA were stellar when I called them. Took care of it on the spot. AA had to "get back to me". Plus BA answered the friggin phone...
Its.... shhh.... Costco. Don't want to get grassed up! :H

How's you doing Techmeister?
It gets worse... a jumper is Scottish for a pullover... and a gensey is Highland Scottish for a jumper. So we actually say genseys... I just said jumper so the rest of the crew would understand...

OMG that means my godson is 42. Sorry went off track there.
Good... glad I won't have to deal with that nonsense then.
Gawd, yeah... remember when we went decimal? We were all as confused as can be. Eejits! :H
