Zenners the reason we are all defecient over here is no sun & then when it comes out we slap on factor 99 and cover kids from head to toe in them long john yokes - the Vit D can't get at us.

I took advice and let my skin yesterday absorb sun for 15 minutes BEFORE I put on sunscreen - no-one died :H

He's not a bad guy. He just doesn't think things through. So the issue comes when something just doesn't sound right to me but I can't say why. It will be fine, promise.
