      I also remember when any mishap or injury was an excuse to take time out and get smashed, not so these days and you heal much better.
      I used the Sinclair Method to beat my alcoholic drinking.

      Drank within safe limits for almost 2 years

            Here's hopping (oops, hoping, broken leg joke) you make a speedy recovery.
            Is it your driving/arse kicking leg? If so, my deepest sympathies.

              K9 take care of yourself and speedy recovery.
              FT
              AF with a few speed bumps during 2014 & 2015 but will succeed.
              As of 4/12/2014 I have not smoked at all and feel great.

                  I'm sorry this happened, and glad you still have your sense of humor. I was mobility impaired for awhile, so I bought an electric kids' scooter with a seat. Riding it was pretty fun. I got it at a sporting goods store.
                  My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.

                    Sorry to hear about the broken foot. So, are you still able to go to the gym -- perhaps upper body work outs? I know that has been very important to you.

                          Thank you everyone! I go to the podiatrist on June 24th and we will discuss surgery. I've been reading up on it, and supposedly it will heal faster with surgery (a screw in the bone). At this point I just want it healed...it's only been 4 days and I'm losing my mind!!
