    What a rollercoaster journey this has been for you to get here. But you never gave up, you kept at it through the darkness and the fog. I bet you are very proud of yourself, as you should be.

    Here's to another 6 months. Break a string!

              Freeking awesome.... way to go.
              FT
              AF with a few speed bumps during 2014 & 2015 but will succeed.
              As of 4/12/2014 I have not smoked at all and feel great.

                          THANK YOU GUYS-and one more thing---

                          A large part if it is you guys!!!

                          And the other thing-some friends have a group ( music ) that I have played and sung with before. They would prob ask me to a lot more if they were not concerned about my drinking. Last night they played at a caf? and I went over to see them.
                          Very cool place, and I had some dinner and a caf? au lait. THey drew in a lot of people, and again this is the type of thing where I used to drink to feel comfortable.
                          But more and more I see that I am OK just like I am. I can go out like that and have a good time SOBER. Seems elementary but there you have it.
                          The drum guy works with me, and one time they wanted me to go on stage and she commented (long time ago) "She's not drunk enough yet." That was one of the things that helped me start on this journey.
                          She was there last night and waved me over to her table and we had a great time.
                          Little by little I guess my drunk reputation is going away. YAY
                          Also in Vancouver one of my guys said "You don't drink anymore do you?" And I said "Nope". He was a guy who drank too much and quit but is now drinking again, it appears that he's trying to moderate. I wish him well, and I am so happy to be on this road.
                          The highlight of my weekend so far??? A new vacuum cleaner! Cleaning the house and enjoying clarity!
