Arvo troops!
Nice to see you Coriander and Gyco... don't be strangers...)
Another blustery day on the rock... the wind is whistling down the chimney and I can totally relate to the noise from yer dodgy windae seal Mollers. I have a couple of visits planned for today and I'll be cooking a roast dinner later... locally grown lamb (although I prefer not to think about it too much!). Just got done with a load of cleaning and laundry, now off for a shower and on to something a bit better than feckin crappy cleaning!

Afternoon army its blustery with showers and strong wind here also not really in the mood for going out feel a bit tired my neck and shoulders are aching a bit may be from cleaning yesterday or just age :H. Hi to Gyco and Cori and welcome back Satz. Cori sorry to hear you have been out of sorts lately sounds like some burnout and stress from your job but you vets are invaluable to the animal world. I would have loved to have done veterinary nursing but still looking into voluntary work in shelters pounds etc. Satz that sounds like a stressful holiday from hell bet you're so glad to be back. Get some treats in Teasco while your out and chill later if you get the chance. Feck unpacking the suitcases. If I had to do all that travel for a few days in the sun I wouldn't go. Bad enough a few hours on a plane and then a coach to get to holiday destination that would be too much hassle and travel for me specially in heat be better off down to Kerry or Galway and chance the weather. And also having to be with the people you don't really like is bad enough. Hope your next trip is a lot better. Just having coffee with whipped cream and eat a bar of whole nut choc from Lidl. I need to move wash my hair and shower and decide wheter i'll go out for a few hours or stay in. Hey Zen you're on hols don't go too mad cooking and cleaning. Oh the chair you helped your ma buy yesterday sounds like a great ole yoke altogether wud luv one for here:H. Me and the cats could have a blast on it with with the switch that adjusts sitting position and getting you up. Enjoy your sunday be back later.out::cupajoe:

Got some luvverly Scottish strawbs from friggingtesco. I'm not the biggest fan of strawberries, prefer rasps, but these are lush.
I saw the Scottish strawbs but didn't get them... will pick some up this week if they're good. Had clotted cream Devon icecream last night... holy cow... have you tried that? Would go great with the strawberries.
Okies, orf to go visit a mate.
(Re the kewking and cleaning... I'm getting kewked for tomorrow night and Tuesday at mates' houses and will prolly go out to eat one night at least this week. I really don't mind doing it... takes me 5 mins when it would take her 50...)When we get "The Chair" I'll aim it at the stove and eject her towards it... :H
