Managed to drag myself out of bed, throw an extra blanket over Mrs. T and put the kettle on. Not even one of the bloody cats stirred.

Another busy day ahead, so let me get going. Want to try and be home early tonight. Have a lekker day, all.

Food shopping to do later and find a new blade for my mower going to try the nearest Woodies DIY and garden centre first. Have a terrific Thursday. Molls - you get dressed for a day in the bog? Have you always done this? I mean, whenever I go to the bog, I never get dressed - well, not dressed up... indeed the bog is a place i tend to remove some items of clothing. And why oh why, Molls, would you spend an entire day in the bog?

Weird.

Back to me! So, me foot - did i mention how i HURT MY FOOT cos of me washing machine? Well IT'S STILL SORE ... I WANNA HEAR YER "AWWWW'S" PLEASE....NOW!... but doesn't seem to affect me running, having done me run this morn. *phew*

morning all, hope Reccie's feeling better today - bugs going around in a major way, hough I can't help but be a little annoyed when people come in to the pharmacy n inform me 'i have that awful stomach bug' to which i feel like saying 'and you wanted to share it?!' i pretty much bathe in hand gel when somebody comes in with stomach bugs xD

in inchyland it never rains but it pours, been having alot of trouble with my mother lately (rent dispute, hardly reacting when i achieve something etc) getting towards a point of wanting to just run away. unfortunately whilst away the wifes father (who's been down for a while) has seemingly suffered a full mental breakdown and hasn't left his bed for over a day. really quite awful at ay time, but especially when i can't get to the wife to support him - we can chat online for about 2 hours a night and thats about the best we can do. thoughts/prayers with the in laws guys please.

Nother check in - get this - got to the Wirral at 9.30, rang the eldest (he was still in bed the lazy sod !!!) wondering where me other three were - "Oh" he says, "they're not in the house" - like WTF ???

(They're at me ma in laws - she will NOT be pleased !!!)

Oh well.............

Need to get me arse in gear and knock the grog on the head - I'm a funny boozer me - I'm a mid week glugger - never touch at weekends !!! (Saturday and Sunday that is) - Just thought I'd share

Molls - the Wirral is where Mrs A lives !!! It's luverly - houses are dead expensive, but gorgeous !!

I'm sat in cabins on a waste water treatment works (pong !!!) - but the view is lovely down the estuary - just gotta mind the flies lol

I'm sleeping in a 3/4 size bed with a 22lb Maine Coon these days lol... His purr sounds like a lorry...

Sorry to hear about your *future* FIL Inchy... and I'm hoping things settle down for you with your mother. Parents can be a handfull sometimes... me own Mam is not the easiest that's for sure... she's a bit of a drama queen to be honest. Maybe you can sit yours down tonight and have a chat with her and tell her how you've been feeling...

Gray, overcast and damp on the rock today, with a forecast of worse to follow... fucking weather! You watch... it'll turn good the day I leave.

The lovely people at the furniture shop are bringing "the chair" this afternoon for me Mam to try. Talk about service! I would have been chuffed if they'd even just called to say it came in and bring her down to try it but nope... they're bringing it to the house so she won't have to go in. Warms the cockles of me heart to see such behaviour in this day and age. :h

Nothing much planned today apart from a trip in to the solicitors and the fish shop (purely unrelated!). And I'll probably go and see the mate I should have visited last night. Presently waiting for it to get late enough to call to see how Cher is doing...

zen - unfortunately i tend to agree with my mothers former psychiatrist who -tactfully- explained she had the emotional age of about 8 or 9. attempting to explain the concept that other people have feelings and she can be wrong typically results in a reaction that pretty much demonstrates that fact. Its very hard to find a way of making her understand a different point of view and that by saying i disagree it's not a personal insult, it's just how i see things.

i'm going to apologize now i'm talking about myself alot, i'm tying to keep ya'll up to date instead of retreating like i usually do when i'm struggling with things - but i must admit i'm not overly engaged in the world outside at the moment.
