            Yooo Hoooo!

Sorry you're not feeling well Sweety.

Mollers... Whazza batch loaf? Would that be like a "plain" loaf... that's got the thick crust top and bottom?

            Noseyhole's not around today Satz?

Tipps... what a commute to work... bloody awful. ( Be careful taking those detours...

Foxy... Maine Coons are large, long haired tabby cats... they come in brown, gray and orange. My camera's out in the car or I'd post a pic of him but here's one off the web...

The reason I'm not going out for my camera is that it is bloody raining... ( The weather's been diabolical!

I spoke to Cheryl last night... she had the ball part of her hip replaced, is on morphine, and is in the hospital till Sunday. Her mum is coming back down on Saturday to look after her. I didn't ask her how long she'll be off work. Jacks... how long did they say Sir Pee was to take off?

Had a good visit with my pal last night... I'm going to miss the chats we've been having. (You called it Sweety!)

Well... it's the kind of weather for doing sweet FA today. I reckon it's gonna be a day by the fire. I'm going to make a beef stew later... good cold weather fare. It's like bleedin' winter, not summer...

Hi and bye, Mollers - might see you later, but with the time difference I'm usually fast asleep by the time you lot start chatting.

Mrs. T and the cubs are watching Zero Dark Thirty - that movie about the hunt for and killing of Osama Bin Laden. Not very interested myself, I'm afraid.

                      Where is everybody, though?

                        Evening me lovelies,

                        Poor divil.

It's a bit like asking how longs a piece of string, I'm afraid.

So lets have a think. Sir Pee's op was 18th May. That was a Sat. Home on Wednesday. So that's5 nights/ 4 days in hospital. He was only on the auld morphine the first 12/14 hours after op on one of those self administered things. Then just on a combination of codeine and paracetamol. He had to self administer an injection of an anti coagulant for 28 days (he can't remember it's name at the mo) and has to wear his surgical socks for 12 weeks.

So he was driving me up the wall for 2 weeks until they brought him some work home and he actually went into the orifice 14th June for the day, 3 days last week and 4 days this week. So that'll be 3 weeks.

He can't drive until he see his surgeon at 7+ weeks and gets the go ahead from him.

If he was in a manual job he wouldn't have even been allowed to go back until at least 12 weeks post-op.

Anything else that comes to mind I'll let you know.

Hopefully there'll be some physiotherapist's that can help with some of the practicalities like knicker putting on and trouser putting on.
It could be worse, I could be filing.

Used up all the stuff in my fridge for dinner.
So we had Fresh white fish sauted in fish stock with black pudding , cherry tomatoes & sping onion with creamy mash potatoes.
Sounds odd - but t'was nice!
