We all need a helping hand. Yes, if you want to think comparatively about your life circumstances with another, you can easy say "but i ant got as bad as them"... and that shows some benevolent wisdom.... but dont be a martyr. We all need help and support to make us the best people we can be. Don't be ashamed by asking or seeking help. It's for your own good :l And your good is your partner's good, is your family's good, is ... well, you get the picture

Sorry Inchy- Iz being a silly ol mare here tonight. Didn't mean to offend ya- its just you seem to carry everyone else's problems on your shoulders. Sometimes its ok for you, me, us to take a step back and start to put ourselves first, if ya know what I mean?

sweetpea i wasn't offended, i know i should get help but this whole thing with fiance needing me, he was my help, now i just need to put that to one side and take care of him i guess

arsey: i should get the help, i have mixed feelings on whether i won't get help coz i don't have the balls, or whether i think it's too weak to not do it alone? i always admire other people who do though. weirdness.
