    Underoo's and friends July 2013.

Crickey Techie it LOOKS hot out there...hope you greased yourself up with lots of sunscreen.

Tawny, I missed the original conversation but your recap of HP/Lamps buzzers was hilarious, and most concise. Although if I had HPs buzzer Mr Cakes would be up here checking it was working all the time!! When it went off there'd be a blazing trail from the shed to the house :H

The airtime being dedicated to Kate Middletons baby is starting to irk me..."she'll arrive here via such & such and be taken to the super dooper room of the kiss-my-arse ward" She seems like a lovely girl & I hope all goes well for her...but it just makes me think about all the less fortunate mothers & babies that will be born today...

Mr Cakes & I have arranged a spontaneous 2 night getaway....tomorrow night we will head to the Hunter Valley for 2 nights to eat/sleep/talk to each other. I got the Entertainment book with its vouchers for cheap stuff...so we'll lunch at Bimbadgen Estate...I've got a voucher.

Have s good 'un people xxx

Oh and I remember Kumar...he was very gentle & quite good on the curries I think. I think I was an Asian man in a passed life....I could live on curries & rice.

        Morning Nicey & Techie

Beautiful photos - loved the one with the two conifers and the view down the valley. Glad you're back in one piece!

Aren't dogs so smart, Nicey - I'd have ran off and left her for screaming at me too :H

Still dark but not so chilly. Had such a yeuchy dream I woke up with the grumps.

Did MrG see something on the Bridgecam that's shocked him into silence? Seriously though, hope you're doing well. Miss your chirpy banter.
xpost - Morning Better. Break sounds lovely. I'd be happy living on Indian food, or even just naan bread

Morning Blondie, I find dreams much more 'real' when I go to sleep sober...specially for the first week or so. Can be unnerving, but I'm getting muuuuch better sleep now without the booze.

            Morning Undies,

Fantastic pics, as always, Techie. Rest up now. You sure you got nothing to add to the injury data base?

0C here kiddos however, the sun is out and defrosting the trees. Everything is dripping and sparkling. There's still a heavy layer of frost on the ground. Quite beautiful really.

I dare not say it...but chilly here too, its only 16 degrees :H

Love your photos Techie. And nice to see you're in one piece. You are in one piece, aren't you?

Re weird dreams, mine last night were exhausting and involved yoga classes, visiting people who in real life are dead in hospitals all over the country and juggling locusts stuff. And skipping. I hate skipping. Knackered and stayed in bed this morning.

Lamp up like a sparrow fart to get up to play golf with little locust coz its his birthday and we're about to be invaded by lots of teenagers but that's the way it goes...will hide out in the office. Last week of school holidays and I need some quiet...

Hi Undies. Yes I'm ok. No major injuries to report. Just blisters, aches and pains, and a deep hunger for mud oven pizza. It was a wonderful experience. Thanks for your kind comments. I appreciate them all.

Wow - I love those photos Techie, that scenery is spectacular!

Well done on hiking in that rough terrain and the heat, it must have been tough!

                            Hi Nicey

I wouldn't go past a bit of Tristram Kaye myself. Or Hugh Bowring.

They're expecting it to get down to -90 when it gets really cold, but it's OK because, you know, they have tents and all.
