Afternoon Undies

Spent a painful morning applying for a job. Should have gone for the Postie one instead, but don't have a bike licence. Also, butting heads with builder but trying to take the high road and not write what I really think. Also getting car serviced and brakes fixed, realising after I dropped it off that I complained about them online the last time it was there.

Have things calmed down in the Happs' household?!

Its just about normal here now Blondie...and the gloom is starting to pervade as they all realise - well all but me and the uni student - that its back to normal on Monday...yay!!

School hols have just started here; didn't think the states were that out of synch. Job is in local government. Menial one. Having spent a lot of time working there before, I have little time for it. Good pay but... I shall say no more in case they are reading this (as they would no doubt make the connection between my huge gaps in employment and raging alcoholism :H Now under control, potential boss-to-be!!)

I did the Powerful Day brightening Sparkle™ thingy and it also worked a treat for me. (Sump oil is my preferred unguent.)

So I've got the Penthouse Chookhouse ready for tomorrow's new arrivals. Totally cleaned out, re-strawed with sugar cane mulch, a section fenced off for the new girls so the old girl can see them and check them out and get used to them. Putting out a bit of a zen vibe here ... of course they'll all get along. Why wouldn't they?

Also pruned the roses and am debating whether to plant the spuds - or is it too early???

Boots are OFF!!!

For Generation I the rules as we know them are out the window...no...it isn't normal for our generation. Not sure about the parents with young 'uns though. I personally think its too young to have something that expensive. I'm guessing this is your sparky's little one?
