Trusting it will do for me too Cindi. I've used it before to get me through the first month and then I've been fine but I'm going to stick to it for 3 months this time. Too much at stake .... Mostly my mental health.

Oh wow! What have I started? The Undies are getting a shitload of members who are going to give a crack at being dry in July. I think I shall pm each of you so we can support eachn other. This is going to be an inspiring and supportive month for Undies and Honoraries... So, welcome Cinders and hop aboard the bandwagon with us...

It will be nice to have some company for the next few months. I so enjoy being sober, even though sometimes I really wish I could anesthetize my idiot brain. Trying to find healthier alternatives while I take Antabuse to replace the seriously destructive drinking I engage in.

Rags, Once I am up, I seldom get back to sleep. However, I did get six hours of sleep, so not doing too badly. Soon twilight will start and I love that time of day.

I could have taken a Seroquel at 1:30 but decided against. I'll just nana nap today if at all possible.

Off to Google on some crock pot recipes for dinner. Today is a "visit mama" day so dinner needs to be a "fix and forget" kind of deal. I hope mom has a good day today. The last few have been very difficult for both of us.

I bought one doz free range and literally as soon as they were going in the fridge the girls started laying....well at least two of them...funny how for a few weeks before though I was giving eggs away and then when they stopped everyone wanted to eat eggs...

Froglette I've got Toolangi Delight, Ruby Lou, Nicola and Pink Fir Apple coming from Green Harvest...I went on the email for the Kipfler but I reckon I've chocked the beds up with that lot. Also ordered turmeric and galangal for another bed. Have to wait a few months for the ginger...
