What is a stubbie???...Happs, I thought that was Tawnys mulch for a sec hahahaha.....I have not been working. I have been swimming and working in the yard. I should go back but not sure if I can. Moneywise I'm ok for a few weeks but then...well..on my way to a band booster meeting. Be back later

Yeah nah yeah nah, i tell's ya's, ain't it great to be sober.

You just cannae beat it. The darkness within has it's own attractions, sure, (and i have to ask why is that for me? and i do) but for mine, the light superceeds, i say supersedes it all. I tell's ya.

Today me and a couple of mates are registering for 'Run Melbourne' this sunday. Our 'new website' t-shirts should be ready today. Will try to remember to take pics and post 'em.

Yo yourself Mr G. Thanks for organising this with Melody. She is a sweetheart for sure. Interesting she is from staff health and well being 'cos today I've got bubble belly so not feeling as bright as I normally do on a Friday.

The weather here is gorgie - if you were here you'd be swimming for cert!!!

Meant to say that I posituley agree that being sober is fantabulously great.....not jeopardising my sobriety for nuffink.

Except I've been struggling for a while now with rehab issues from a broken leg a year ago as well as dealing with depression and medication given that I still can't walk properly.

Sending you some healing energy. I get lots and have some to spare. Feel better :l

I'm back and I am excited excited about marching band this year, just feel like jumping up and down, the director is young and full of ideas, and her hubby is the percussion guy and he sure can play!!.....Happs, good to know about the stubbies. I learn so many new words here. Have fun with the pirates..G, that is great about the run!! Think I will order the book since I am finished with Tao of sobriety...Lucky, I never had any luck with the fly traps...I always thought it might be the humidity here, or maybe it was because I kept cramming hamburger down their throats...hi nicey, bridgey, glassy...I am watching I dream of Jeannie

Yes Lucky. The locusts had them and then killed them by catching flies and over feeding them. True story

Birdy, band sounds great. Have you thought anymore about the drumming circle idea? You could be onto a different path that might make you happy-ier. Well done on the run Mr G.

Glassy, is the problem with your leg that rehab's not working? or something else? it must be so frustrating for you, you poor bugger. Here :l but....what can be done to get it and you on the right track??
