Even though I'm busy out in the 'shed', I've come in to prepare the snacks...

I see Tawny has set the parameter - good job! We might need some infa red stuff and that seeings as I'm gonna be doing a lot of night work for a while. I've mentioned that FH has put on a fair amount if weight over the years. Makes my job all that harder I'll have you know. I reckon Oscar's onto me like a seagull on a chip....

So, for tonight midnight rummage you have - popcorn (in the sealed container to the right), glob slide (my invention of a protein bar minus peanut butter - fabulously yummo), standard chocolate supply, gluten free coconut cookies - quite spesh if I do say so myself. Tea - same deal as last night, soda water in the fridge and filtered water in the jug in the bench. That should do you!

Happy do you just plant those in potting mix or do you require something more elaborate? Was watching TVSN on the Hurom juicer last night (who said life after al is boring:H) and she was juicing wheatgrass.

Mr G - have you sent a pressie for the little tacker yet? Going to the Christening, no doubt.

Nicey - do you want some bags of mortar mix?

Had an early morning call with IT. Joy. But on a brighter note, I picked up a solid wooden settee from the verge - just needs new cushions a sand and stain and Bob's yer proverbial. (Alternatively, it sits in garage till next verge collection...)

I love me a good council clean up Blondie...got a funky red chair for the boys den of filth last time...only problem was the metal leg broke off when the first one sat in it....but the Lamp welded it so all good...

Trays of wheatgrass in motion already, the trays themselves are from Bunnings and he's growing it in his own seed raising mix...and like you said, who said life after AL was boring...certainly not the Lamp...:H

So are you set to start studying, was that the IT call??

Oh boy - what a hurler today is....I'm going to throw up I'm so dizzy from being soooo busy. I seem to be making headway though.

Anyhoo - I once got a funky chair from a council throw out thingy. I've never lived it down. I will never understand why it was viewed as being a bad thing....

I guess Tawny is enjoying her freedom this Wednesday. Wednesday is the day she is able to wander around nekid and do marvvvvvvvelous things init?

FH said he is feeling a bit betterer today. In all seriousness I wish he would start to focus on his health issue - that being his weight. I know it's hard but ....

I'm supposed to be on leave next week and we have our cabin in the Hunter already booked. So far I have an 'urgent' meeting with finance doody heads booked for 9.30am Monday morning. FH is going to spit it! We aren't leaving until around 10ish so I'll have to be organised the night before now. I really don't want to go this year. I would have preferred to spend the money on the house but FH has put his foot down. I love being at home so would have really enjoyed the week to just potter about my little house and yard. Big heavy sigh.....

Don't have much time but wanted to add my bit to our little friendship nook.

Last council pickup scabfest I picked up a cane table, ran home, threw it over the fence, went back for the chairs and some other, faster scab had got them:H:H:H
I don't mind a bit of friendly competition re: upcycling but that's ridiculous.

All go here today at Chez Jones. Every tap and doorknob shined to a high sparkle Lasts about 5 minutes once the troops and animals return for the day.

Ah yes, it's Nige Day Care day, we won't see her for dust. She's a dot.

I'm not allowed to scour around stuff left out for pickup. I'm too much of a hoarder...

This getting fit is a bit of a bugger isn't it? Going to Curves, no alcohol, no junk food and I still weigh what I did a week ago. Very frustrating.
I have kilos of spare fat. Don't know why it wants to keep hanging around.
