This whole keep thin(ish) and fit shite does my head in. I've spent most of my life as a fatty (as you already know) and I worked hard, lost the weight, had the surg to put me back together in proper format AND I've put on 6kgs. FFS - why do I do it????? So, back on track....again.
Above all else, do what does it for you - and keep doing it. It's about being consistently good. A little badness is necessary in life though. Oh, yeah....it's always about balance!
FH loves his food and has a monster sweet tooth. As a younger person he never had to worry about weight and he had a v.hot bod..... I reckon he's a tad upset about his current state but it's a viscous cycle for him.....poor yittle FH.
