ohhh, that sounds delish Bridge...love that picie Rags...I love to take pics since I was a kid...I'm having a time with the weightloss too. I hit the gym most everyday and never lose a pound. Only time I've had any luck is when I was laid off from work for 3 years...I think the job stress keeps me fat...getting lunches ready for bandcamp..the kids smelled so bad yest on the way home I had to open the windows:H

I wouldn't be so self righteous if I was drinking and hoeing into the cheese and bikkies, but I'm looking afyer what goes into my mouth. Wonder if the pumpkin soup is part culprit.
Then tomorrow we're having Christmas in July at the Wingello general store. I can't very well have a plate full of steamed veggies before I go and then say no thanks I'm not hungry. Any ideas Undies?

BTW won't be in after tonight till Sunday night.... there's a big bike event at Wingello and Mr Rags and I are marshalls.

Raggs I've gotten into the habit of Googling up the menu when I'm heading out and either deciding ahead of time on a healthy choice, or calling ahead for a special order. Even if it's just a nice looking dish with the sauce on the side to be used with caution if you know what I mean.

Prob is the general store is just that. Hamburgers, toasted sandwiches, chips.
They do the Friday night dinner on a 4 week cycle of dried roast lamb,
overcooked beef, drier pork and chicken, with dreadfully roasted veggies and other veggies boiled for 45 minutes.
It is truly a step back in time to pre WWII british cooking.
No-one goes for the food, we go for the company. I think I'll just say a child size serving please with no gravy. ( We even have one of the group make mint sauce for us when it's lamb week so we sneak it on when the owners are in the kitchen. )



Sigh, I weighed myself this morning....
now how can I possibly have gained half a bloody kilo

Haven't seen any baby news - was late discovering he was born and then his name. Don't watch news. Junk reality TV keeps me sane :H

Well.....that was fun - NOT!!!

I want it recorded somewhere impordant that I was Chief Proctor at the invigilation.....

I've just this minute realised....I'm in a filthy mood today I'm glad it's kinda half over before I realised. I would have had the shits if I'd realised when I woke up.

Now to send a.l.l. the fusking documentation that goes with a top secret exam. Shoot me now.....oh, I think I've already said that.

Well ... I did a lot of cogitating for the last coupladaze. Managed to come up with a couple of grand observations ... the grandest of all ...

I.am.so.lucky to have a clothesline, strung up between two trees and propped up with a forked stick because the sheets I washed and dried and folded in the sun yesterday smell a.fusking.mazing.

There are flat-dwellers everywhere, unable to enjoy this simple olfactory pleasure. This is sad.

Off to invigilate something ... maybe be the chooks ... Joyce is looking like she might be a handful. It's the new lot of Gen Y chook thingy, she just seems so entitled to walk into the froghouse, hop onto the waste paper basket, flutter onto the desk and then sit behind the computer on the cats bed with this "WTF are you looking at" expression ...

Oh, I just love Joyce!! I want one.....but nah....I'm scared of chookies.

I hated living in the apartment. We had a clothes line on the balcony which was considered posh.... Not many units had that much space! I reckon I got a bit depressed there you know. I started drinking again while I lived there......bless my arse!!!

Anyway, I WAS v.impordant today and people bowed in my presence I tell yas. I'm so over this place I could scream. I wore my pink furry jacket to honour the occasion - and my pearls. I had NO undies on but.......:H Nah, just trickin'

I had a dream last night that I was watching someone talking on a phone and they had big puffy peeling lips with orange lipstick all over them. No wonder my day has been a hurler....I've been terrified putrid in my sleep!

Oh...I know - I just put it all together. FH was being a dill pickle last night pretending to be a vampire and kept showing his teeth and hissing while I was on the phone. I HATE vampires - they give me the creeps. Honestly, if I even think of one I have to sleep with the lights on for a month...no joke! So, now my sleep cycle will be skewiff because FH was being an arse. Dharma was trying to eat his face off.....Oscar told me later he thought he was a f.o.o.l..... I went to be with shite on my liver and now look what's happened......

Anyway x2, I'm going to pack my bat and ball and head offski.

I just don't have the energy to leave out new swanky delish snacks tonight. There are left overs of previous menu if you are interested.

Tawny, I trust you'll set the parameter and change the passcode....?? Good on ya lovely one.

Wonder what I'll be when I grow up??? It's bothering me a bit.....
