    Underoo's and friends July 2013.

You know, I reckon I've been on the "Frog" diet for the last few months without realising. And it works. I still have to watch the sweet tooth but its becoming manageable...The portion size? I think I've realised that I'm half the size of the men in the house so I don't need to plate up to their portions anymore...

It really is POETS now isn't it?

Oh B'Jaysus we're going to have a psychologist amongst us! Good on you Mr G. Are you heading towards addiction specialty or leaving it open?

So Glassy One, the new regime has begun? What will be the master plan for the newly found time?

Hope you feel better Froglette. DO you think it's a flu type thing?

Just did a Google search for the turbo charge thing and found several organs for sale on ebay, WA region. Worse than you thought Blonde One? :H 4 kilos is amazing girl! Is it something that you could keep up with?

I ask because I have had a rather stern talking to by my doctor today. He was very lovely and gentle about it and related his own experiences with mid aged weight loss, but the message was still loud and clear. Biiiiig Looooooong Siiiiiigh

By the way, Lurpak is on special at Woollies for $4 this week :upset:

Noice One every time I read your post about your relapse it becomes true-er-er (the one that's been bumped out there).
If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

Bridgie - I'm having no problems with the soup and smoothies - they're great and filling and I love not having t think about what to make. But my teeth are bored! At least I've weaned off sugar and Zero and all the other crap, so I reckon it'll be easy to start with a clean slate!

Organs still intact; didn't even ask tradie's price; I'm happier in airy-fairy land for now :H

            Mmm...I smell deletage...Reginald! :H hope you're well sweetie..

What a choice on tv...Doctor Who and Harry Potter 4, David Tennant in both, just a bit tasty as the ABC presenter said the other night, causing the locusts to make gack noises...

Had the best curried vegies and some home made sweet potato fries for dinner, going to trundle off for some raspberries and yoghurt now...

Well, I'm just going to post and then delete. It amuses me.

I just want to say, sweet Undies, thanks for another week of gentle friendship, many laughs and kind thoughts aplenty.

No snacks. There's some $$$ in the bikkie tin. Order in.

I might give the juicing a try. Been meaning to have a crack for a while now. Don't know whether I could do it all the time, maybe just incorporate.

Yes Bridge, whenever I get asked to repost or see the post bumped and readnit again, it gives me strength - and a sense of gratitude if that makes sense. Grateful it happened so now I know and grateful to be right here and now.

Good grief Blondie. What the hell time were you up? That's not even a time. And leave the sparrows to sleep in will ya ? it's the weekend.:H

Well Undies, my garden is just scaring and overwhelming me at the moment, so today we are going to repair our relationship and I am going to break the overwhelmage down into doable small project areas. Then I'm going to do them. Hmph.
Amazing how gardens reflect the life and state of mind sometimes :H

Now Mr G. When does this course start again? Have you got some pre reading to do?

Thanks for the hottie Noicy. It was cold as a witches here last night.

Hey there blondie. Well Undies, I just spend two nights in Payson, AZ hiking the trails there. Just a beautiful location. Cooler temps, gorgeous views, and water water water. Thought you'd like a peek...

                                Hey people!!!

Bridge - if gardens reflect states of mind, I'm a mess! (Had to google your sig!)

Thanks for the pictures, Techie. Beautiful location.

Funny, been having thoughts the past few days of wanting to move/travel. Bit frightening that I might end my days in Perth:H Never felt this before, but then I've always been on the move. Not helping watching Global Village as they fly round the coast of France. Sigh.

OK, a super green smoothie will get rid of these maudlin thoughts...
