Rags those core exercises sound very effective. I hope you don't need to cough, laugh or sneeze for the next couple of days,.

I made an ENORMOUS pot of vegie soup yesterday. It's so big that not only could you all come for dinner, but we could probably use it as a hot tub.

    So he is...

I have to do them 3 times a day, and will be reviewed on August the 16th!

I'm into different types of pumpkin soup at the moment.

Since I have snack duty lately as all you old farts are snoring away I was thinking of holding a Fondue party for us all and specially for nicely done when she gets back from swanking nekid in the hunter valley nudist holiday camp.
I found Melanie's tips very helpful....

Other wise cheese and humus dipps with carrot soldiers on the bench for when you are forced to get up when ya back teeth are under water
otherwise fairy dusted sleep and think fondue
Don't burn your mouth on the cheese Reggie.
I had a swish copper fondue pot and another one shaped like a cauldron. They got lost with one of my moves.

Spot on Rags...Finally...some time to browse back through...Mr G that video is superb. Thank you.

Tawny, I am so appreciative of eggs. And chooks. I think they go off the lay so you don't take them for granted. Throb them that much more when they start laying again. Although I'm getting 3 a day and I've got double the chookies Now, re: Joycie, maybe you need to start attending the Triple P course like Aspy...or is that something different when they've got feathers? and where is Asp?

                  Hi folks
Tawny - so sorry to hear you’re dealing with such a devastatingly sad sitch. You’re right – it is terribly, awfully, fusking sad. I hope you're OK. :l

I missed lunch today, so I don’t know whether to have lunch for dinner or dinner for dinner and skip lunch, or have dinner for lunch tomorrow and lunch for dinner.

OMG, Mr G – that Brissie thing is stunning!!

Miss B – I have no idea why that vegie place would have a cow. Seems very bizarre, but maybe they can’t draw tofu?

Bird – those band clips are amazing! Those kids are incredibly talented!!!

Reggie – I have some very special memories from fondue parties in the late 70s. My sister once gave me a very beautiful ceramic fondue set as a gift, complete with pot, burner, forks etc. So I invited them over for a fondue party and halfway through dinner the fondue pot spectacularly cracked in half and hot melted cheese flowed everywhere in the manner of Vesuvius. After clearing up and treating the burns, we looked at what remained of the pot it and had a notice on the bottom that said “do not place over naked flame”. :H

Bridgey, if you have a wooly bull inserted I’m inclined to think curry might be a rather precarious choice. :wow:

Hi Cori, Cinders, happy, rags..... :h
There's two ways of looking at the holes in your shoes
You can dig the ventilation... or you can sing the blues

I didn't come this far to only come this far.

Love your fondue story too Glassy. The fondue thing made me remember my sister and her up-to-the-minute dinner parties...every new trend, she was on it...remember those parties where you had the oranges with the coloured onions on toothpicks with cheese? Yep....:H

No ... methinks curry is perfect for wooly bullage. Now that really sounds french ... ouille buillage

Say it out loud: Ouille Bouillage

                      Now put it it italics:

                      Ouille Bouillage

On the fondue ... I'm with Bird. The only ones we ever had featured meat and hot oil with scrumtuous dipping stuff.
