Hi Froglet. I'm going to the canyon but will most likely not hike into it unless the conditions change. I'm at dinner now. Oregano's, you'd love it. Then, a stop at REI for trekking pole tips, Walmart for supplies, Exxon for a fill up, kitchen for a photo op, and sleep somewhere in the mix. Will try and update you Undies from The North Rim but cell service is sketchy there at best. I think they have WiFi at the main lodge but we'll be several miles from there. If all else fails, and you don't hear from me, I have all 178 Frog images on a thumb drive in my study. Call my daughter Emma to have them destroyed.

Whenever someone mentions the name of a restaurant they're going to, I have to have a chat with old Mrs. Google to check the menu.

Having checked Oregano's, all I can say is: "Please Techie, I beg of you ... DO NOT eat this dessert:

The Original Pizza Cookie
now this will knock your socks off! more than a 1/2 pound of chocolate chip, white chocolate macadamia nut or peanut butter chocolate cookie dough, slightly baked in a 6-inch pizza pan then topped with three scoops of vanilla bean ice cream. this baby serves 2-4

I wasn't even vaguely Busy & Impordant today but it was sooo good to have the time to do a bit of maintenance on the ride-on. There was grass growing on the mower deck, I tell yers, the vented mandrels were surrounded by new shoots of verdant greens. That and a really good burn of dry prunings and clippings and a re-filling of the wood bins and a clean-out of the chook house and there was sun on my back and a spring in my step and I wouldn't be dead for quids. Didn't even have to think of a good-fun meal at lunchtime. Whoopy duck!

Its not the birthday party Blondie...its the BETWEEN birthdays party...I've got the little one turning 14 next week, last week was the 16 year old...must say something about our sex life but I don't know what...

I wasn't Busy and Impordant today either Froglette but boo hoo. I had a nice chat with the neighbour, made a rudimentary plan to get started out in the garden tomorrow. Had a bit of a potter... I'm happy.

Evening all! I'm reduced to posting on the I-phone still so this will be short and sweet.

Wish I could join the great potato challenge ..... When we get more permanent housing in October I'll be looking for somewhere where I can at least grow a few herbs in pots

Mr B has decided to fly over for the weekend and to sort out some stuff for his NSW nursing registration ...... It's a very welcome surprise as I didn't expect to see him for another 5 weeks. To answer a question you asked a week or so Bridge, he is staying on in NZ because of things that he needs to be there for for his boy, then they will both come over at the end of the third term. Boy will go back for last term and then hopefully back with us for Xmas - although that still has to be agreed with his mother!

I can't post the link HP but google "nutrition in Addiction Recovery" and it's the top one that pops up...it says "Nutrition in Addiction Recovery - Many Hands Organic Farm"....I'm technically challenged. Might have to go see Raggsy for a lesson in technical shit.
