Bird re first class, in all honesty, yes. But I won't listen to that voice in my head that is feeding my fear. I can't. I have to keep thinking that when I'm directing people through the class that their concentration will be on themselves and how they feel, not on me. So it's back to bringing all of the stuff I'm learning, about being in the now into practice. And just remembering not to talk too much and be clear and concise.

yeah, I think there is another but I forgot...it is very swampy here and frogs live in all the cracks and crevices...lovely to hear, I am listening now...if I be still long enough they will put me to sleep..

Well, I've realised I cant listen to music, work and do MWO at the same time. Gives me a throbber...off to look at the chookies and get some air for ten minutes...might get some food that's not covered in cacoa too...

Lucky - I've had a Venus Fly Trap and it was fun for the novelty factor but shitful for fly control. I used to annoy(?) mine by touching its little hairs with a pencil just to watch it close up.
