Off to guide run with my blind friend before it gets too warm.

Enjoy yer run mrsa, aye, it's gonna be a scorcher today... tbh, i want the cooler days to come back. My bedroom cooks when the heat is up - windows open and curtains shut but still a sauna :no: couldn't sleep much last night, up during the night and then PING!!!! at 5am :H Ah well...

BUT gonna try and get into the office for 8 am an get out by 3.30am... kinda like school

Have to say Im happy enough with temps as they are but not so pleasant when workin in them. Please let it stay nice for the weekend xx Its a public holiday up here today-- some folk are goin a marching!! Have to pass a contentious area on way to work so hope all is quiet. Another lovely long one for me in the madhouse (

D'Arsey- would love to be in a job with flexible working times. Hope you can getaway early and sorry to hear ye didn't sleep well last night- maybe you should get a wee fan or summat? xx

Morning Army another hot one forecast today. Its sunny and warm since I woke at 8am. Rc I live in a small cottage also but on one level so can't leave my window open at night i'm on a gable end too so too dodgy. I have a small electric fan which helps. I woke at 5am but got back asleep till near 8 but still feel a bit groggy and tired but hoping this 2nd strong coffee will help and a shower. I want to get to Post office early and Lidl to finish shopping befort it gets too hot. Want to sit out in the garden for a while this afternoon and do some weeding. The blade broke on my lawnmower so had to look for replacement over the weekend. Good to see mrs A and everyone. The weather is to be good here for the weekend. Sweetpea I have friends in Kilkeel and they dread this day also as they the marches and drum banging too. Anyway gonna run and jump in the shower. Have a good Friday catch yis later.:wavin::rays:

Thanks for the link. Explains it to some extent, but I kinda don't get it either.

A new Chinese restaurant / take-away has opened nearby, so we'll be trying that tonight. One item stands out: Honkong Dark (order before 1 hour) [sic] :H
