I went and did a load of research as there's all different types now. I broke my Koss ones while I was in Scotland and had to get summat. Eyeballed a set of Beats in Costco but ain't spending that kinda dosh... so I treated myself to the Hi-def Ludacris ones wot I got greatly reduced on Amazon. I can recommend! I'm gonna be glued to Youtube and me iPod and boring yiz all with links... Haven't been this excited since me knee socks fell down when I got me pair of roller skates...

I see you feel the same way as me about turning out like your mum. Gawd. Perish the thought... really...

Hmmm.... i think B12 is certainly a real thing for many - it helps me... but I also need to be a wee bit wary too of how much i run and how that likely banjaxes me later on in the day.... i most often run, when i do, first thing in the morning... i really think it then takes it out of me by the time 3pm comes... sometimes a second wind after dinner... not tonight though:H

speaking of triredness - i really need to get to the hay the now... thanks for the chattete yer holiness

Read your post Molls - seems along time to be still tired from groglessness? but perhaps there is something to it mmmmmmmmmmm.

We do all rise very early compared to some - so D'arsey is bound to be tired having run in the early hours ..... it's ok to go to bed at 10pm.
If fact my gym guy says be ASLEEP by 10.30 to let your body renew itself :goodjob:
