    SATURDAY GREETING

    HI FRIENDS-

    Just checking in today. I haven't been around but only because I've been really busy.

    Seven months today, off to have lunch with Trish (Byrdlady) Really psyched about that.

    I hope everyone has a great weekend!

    Hi Ann! Congrats on 7 wonderful months! So happy you get to have lunch with Byrdie. I'm stuck home packing! Have a wonderful time.

    Goal 1: 7 days :heartbeat:
    Goal 2: 14 days :happy2:
    Goal 3: 21 days :happy2:
    11/27/19: messed up but back on track
    12/14/19: bad doozy but back on track

                We had a great time!! It is really refreshing to be able to make ALK jokes with someone who truly appreciates them! We both make beaded jewelry, so we went to the bead store today. I noticed they had some wine charms. We both had a laugh that we never let loose of our glasses long enough to lose track of them! UGG. Have a safe trip home, Ann! And congratulations on 7 big months!!! XO, Byrdie

                  Hi Ann,

                  Well done on 7months. Awesome job.

                  I have glass earrings and necklace made from recycled wine bottles. My children bought them for me after I got sober the first time.

                  You should be freakin' proud of yourself. It wasn't easy but you made it honey bunny!!
                  It is not what we do, but how much love we put into the doing.

                    Congrats on your seven months! Here to 8 months af in August!
                    I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.

                    Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.

                    Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.

                      Great job.
                      No matter how far you go or how fast you run, you can't get away from yourself. ....said at an AA meeting. It stuck with me.
