Limits... what's that then?? I drink till I pass out, wake up and " start all over again"... used to I mean, I USED TO !!! - Yes and I managed that and hold down a full time 9-5 job as a med sec. CRAP, I feel sooo much better now that I cannot even describe...

Just curious, how much do you drink when you slip?

I havent slipped since i quit this time, I have said i would quit before but never did...so i guess everyday before that was a slip...so about a bottle of vodka a day. Gees, I dont miss that at all.

Now, a slip for me is 1 1/2 to 2 bottles of about a 9% wine.

When I choose to drink, I'll buy a regular size bottle of wine. I always tell myself I'll stop after the second glass (after all that's moderating, right?) but I never do. It's not the hangover the next day that bothers me as much as it is the guilt and self-loathing.
