I am not so much apologising for my feelings re the Monthly Abs post, more apologising for being mad at the people who supported me via PM but did not support me on the thread, publicly. Now, after thought, I realise that I am mad at myself for not sticking with my gut instinct and mad at myself for deleting my post and mad at myself for turning it round to being mad at the others.
