Was checking my emails ---- there's a coupon thingy --- COUPON?????? offering a psychology diploma online (wouldn't have time to go to a college) half price --- it's one I actually looked at before and discarded cos it was too expensive ---- bloody hell!!!!
I would say your understanding of practical everyday psychology is already excellent molly, but if the subject really interests you then I reckon an online course would be a great idea. Go for it!

              Morning Jackie!

                  Morning Reccy, me darling.
Went for a walk in the grounds ( OK top of the garden and back) and forgot what I was doing.

We are expecting a couple of gladioli to flower any minute. More exciting round here then than the royal birth.

Now off for a proper read back.

Firstly Our Whizzy, always a bed at JC mansions for you me lovely and you know I'm just a phone call away. Have one of these to be going on with.:l

So Molls and Tips had the sleep fairy. I have gorn orff you. May have to rersort to the OTC sleepy aids for a few days. I can't even have a proper nanna nap.:upset:

Pinkles, you're a good friend. I hate violence and that's just not right.

Satz, me darling. The only after wedding do we have ever had to attend is our own. Tell the pair of them you'll drop them off as you need to go home and have a wild time with the milkman. Then pick them up after. Oh and warn them if they're too far gone they'll have to sit in the boot.

Molls, have a big think about the psychology diploma. I've got a mate that did one and she carried on until she became a Doctor of Psychology, as she got that interested.

                    Enjoy Glasgae, Runners.

The sleep fairy must have been working overtime last night cos I had loads of sleep! Feeling quite relaxed this morning.

Oh...that doesn't sound good mrs a, especially the sad part. Going back to bed does sound like a good idea though. Hope you'll be feeling better after some rest. :l

Blimey pinky. Well, if her dad's slapping her it's prolly just as well she's not staying under the same roof as him at the moment, but I guess she can't stay with you for ever, so...

It's easy for me to say satzy, but why DO you have to go to the afters of the wedding? Why do you have to go to any social occasion? Why not just say "No, I don't want to go"? Yes, one or two people will be upset, but that's really their problem, not yours. I think it was Jackie that mentioned a couple of days back about developing the confidence to say "no" after giving up the grog and not making up some convoluted excuse in the process. Just a thought.
Thanks Reccie - well said :l
I do say 'no' to a lot and this time I have decided I would go for DD & Mr S's sake only as they want me to go. DD is going to full wedding and Mr S really wants to go see the hotel so ....
I have told them that is what I am doing ..... so it will be on my terms.
I think we have to have give & take sometimes - so this is my attempt at giving :H

I've just been on the blower to the Beeb Jackie and they're sending a camera crew round hotfoot with a couple of reporters so's they can do live coverage of the flowering. Deffo more exciting than the royal birth! :goodjob: Is it safe to turn the telly on yet or are they still talking about it?

I'd actually come across that one before satzy cos I used to work with a Scottish bloke and he would usually put it at the end of his e-mails. Had absolutely no idea that was how it was pronounced though, so thanks for enlightening me!

Glad to see you work it out in your own head. I can flap my gums mightily but at the end of the day it's up to you.

                            Now I'm off.
