I?m sorry to hear about your shoulder Rags! Hopefully now that you have a proper diagnosis they'll be able to give you some relief. I've had 3 lots of cortisone injections in various body bits and they've worked really well. I hope your daughter is OK too Nicey, and welcome back!

Mr G it sounds like you?ve done the right thing and approached the situation with a lot of thought and sensitivity. I?m very proud of you for waiting until you were feeling calm to put the thoughts down, instead of erupting when you were feeling upset and angry. I like the addition of the positive stuff too! That?s 3 x 10s from the Welsh judge. :goodjob:

Love the piccies, too, irrespective of whether it?s God or science that created it! (but don't the folks in the evolution thread I said that!)

Now you see ... this is where it all comes a cropper. If god created it why oh who do his groovy young apprentices need to fusk around with the images and enhance/crop/tag/flip etc? That landscape was gobsmackingly beautiful even without the ***colour***

Actually reminded me of a lovely woman I know ... always looks a million bucks, heavy make up, lip liner, fat eye lashes, big hair, great clothes ... Stayed at her place one night and saw the unmasked version at brekkie time. She was utterly stunningly beautiful sans all the crap.

Don't know what this has got to do with anything ... but hey ... I'm reporting in.

Woke up this morning after having a crushing dream about drinking it was so real, the feeling of disappointment and how did that happen thoughts. Also thinking how the hell am I going to tell the Undies and I'll have to change my signature. I don't know when that started to mean so much to me. It took a bit to get around that it wasn't true. Anyway, I then did something I don't normally do and chucked a bit of a sickie and went to yoga. Running away? yes. Necessary? yes too.

Thanks Glassy. I'm likely to write it out and email it to management tomorrow or this week sometime. It will shake their little world a bit, but i will keep it respectful and keep saying.....'this is how i feel' etc. and they can't try to go the disciplinary route if i'm saying how i am feeling about events. I will resist giving my opinion, and will let the piled up facts of their poor practice speak for themselves. I'll ask them to attach this statement to my file as a response to certain events. I reckon i'll feel heaps better getting this off my chest as i haven't yet given a written response to 2 x dodgy disciplinary situations. I will totally move on once i've hit send. I've had a long time to think about this and every time i do, i lose sleep. Not good, so this week is the week. I've deliberately arranged/reshuffled things for a bit less work load this week so i can get this done.

Absolutely right Mr G. As long as you keep it factual and respectful they'll have no basis for a disciplinary process. And once it's done you can put it behind you and get back to enjoying your life. I love hearing your positivity these days, it's incredibly inspiring!

New website live date is september 20. I've got a pr....prof.....profe.....professhnal in to make it so, and it'll be fully sick with the latest uber tweaks etc. Just spoke with a member of an all sheila band from Slovenia who has agreed to do an interview anytime. How cool is that?!

I'm up late to do tuckage .
No snacks, though, bad for your seratonin,i ve read.

The practice horsey session went well, in the saddle for nearly 6 hrs. Could hardly get my legs together the next day. No butt plugs involved, however controlling 500kgs of horseflesh between one's thought to be steely thighs, soon made me remember that i haven't ridden in the5 months or more.

Day 16 finished.

Moved into my rental today, fricken scared i am. So unsure of the future, personally, financially, it is totally overwhelming.
I have nothing except a bed, bought a fridge and a tv, so as i could watch masterchef .
Both dogs with me, thank goodness.
More counselling every week now, and this week i think husband will get it that I'm not coming back. Makes me feel sick to the stomach.

The avalanche has started, and theres not a bloody thing i can do about it.

I think times like these call for more chocolate,preferably Whittakers milk chop, plain, candidly placed beside my bed for instant relief.
