I'm meeting with my bosses this tuesday around this and my angle will be that my situation is an opportunity for all of us to develop fresh policy/behaviour standards and awareness throughout the organisation. As i'm escorted out the boardroom door i will be yelling.....'I am not a problem, i am an opportunity!' :H

I thought it was obvious by now that I'm not young, and I'm certainly not a lady! :H

I love that attitude G. I don't know what your relationship with the bosses is like, but it would be great if they'd allow you to work with them to develop better policies/processes.

    It's because you're lovely!

Do it, do it Miss B! The race environment is so exciting the feeling will stay with you for ages. If you and your friends want to walk together, can you all drop back to whoever is in the slowest wave start? I assume people can self seed into a slower start if they need to on the day. Anyway if you do need to walk on your own the atmosphere will keep you motivated. The walkers are always a friendly bunch.

Cori - I know you probably won't get a chance to check in today, but if you read back I just want you to know I'm thinking of you and hoping all goes well. :h

Yep, I heard about the website - September launch, right? You sound well and truly good.

How you doing, Cori? My husband showed up tonight with his new motorcycle bought for his birthday. I guess that was more important than paying me back the thousands of dollars he owes me for our mortgage. On that front, he is moving back into the house we own together and I am moving out. At least that way he can pay into our mortgage what he was paying for rent at his place.
Well it's all right now. I've learned my lesson well. You see you can't please everyone, so you've got to please yourself.

Marriage breakups are always painful but you'll get through this and when you come out the other end it will be for the best. Thinking of you. :l

Thanks Glassy - he insists that he will file for divorce but then got angry when I got a separation agreement. I should send him for a cranium extraction to the same proctologist TF went to.

Yep - I never understand why the courts recommend counselling when a proctologist would usually be more use.

Techie that looks lovely, but I do have to say that those beautiful heads on the wall make me very sad.

hey folks, I'm trying to upload some piccies but it's not working. I've got them into photobucket, but when I type the URL into the "insert image" box they don't show. I can insert a link to them, but not get the photos to show in the thread.

                    Any ideas?

                      I've PM'd you, Glassy.

Techie! You back home now? I agree with Glassy on the dead animals but hey - it's not your place - so I'll focus on the gorgeous floor lamp left of frame. Any injuries to add to the data base?

So this is my teeny tiny vegie garden.

It takes up about a third of my weeny little courtyard, but I've managed to get heaps of lettuce, some cucumbers and tomatoes and herbs. I'm still playing with it to see what else I can do.

Good job, Glassy. Love the chilies. I reckon you could espalier some beans up the white wall.

Glassy I had the same thought about the wall and also some of the perpendicular gardens. And we could rehash the upside down tomato idea too .....

Techie, where are the photos taken?

Thanks for all the thoughts on tomorrow - we had a discussion about all of us trying to meet up en route but with 85000 people decided that it will just be too hard. I have loaded up my iPod and will put on my bitchy resting face (which feels a bit stuck on me at the moment) and aim for a catharctic and uplifting experience. At least ill have gone some way to walking off the amount of ice cream I have eaten this week :goodjob:
