      Good girl Tawny :goodjob:

Very, very busy day today doing chores. But the best bit was that there is a big new Petstock store that opened today just down the road from chez Glass. So I may have slightly over spent my budget on things that Bella certainly doesn't need and will probably ignore.

Also - I went back to my favourite locksmiths (the one run by the Hell's Angels) and it seems that security is tightened since the guys with the ski masks and baseball bats roughed them all up and broke a few arms last year. Today I had to go down the little side entrance and press the buzzer under the video camera to be allowed entrance to the secret stairs. Sigh! What IS the world coming to!!!

Tawny gets a gold star on the sheet pinned to the kitchen wall!

Locksmiths just aren't made of the stuff they used to be. Fancy shaking at the sight of a baseball bat after being roughed up.... Pfffft. Reggie wouldn't blink an eye.

Speaking of eyes - Pls provide eye report as a matter of urgency Techie. There is now a spot on the verandah so you could find yourself there if you don't comply with a request from the Command Desk.

I'm off to a debrief session with the students. I've organised a party, and will apply lip gloss before I go. Then, off home to my boy Oscar.

Just bought my first eBook for my new mini iPaddy thing.

Missy - I think I'm smiling more than I'm grimacing.

I think if I were ever to embark on another relationship with a bloke, my first question would have to be "How do you feel about cats?"

                Now go and POETS.

                  Followed by....'Oh, silly me hehe......and i'm pregnant'......

                  Evening y'all!

Noicey, your attire sounds tops to me. Whenever i have the boys around for a barby, we often tune in to Bridgetracker. The guys love checking her out, and i just sit back beaming from ear to ear proud as punch.

Dropped into the Frogs on the way back from Arafuskinrat. Couldn't infiltrate the deceptively simple but elaborate check points, (found Techies left shoe impaled on a barb circa 2011) but i tells ya, the SNORING! Oh em gee.

Hey Bird. Site up tomorrow (31/8/13) on world overdose awareness day for personal symbolic reasons and before it's really ready. But that's ok with me. Will pm you the link etc in a couple of weeks when i've put some content up and there's actually something substantial to look at. Thanks for asking. Safe travels and happy tapping to you and the kids.

Happy anniversary Mr and Mrs Rags!

Wishing you a chilled weekend Missy.

                  Cozza, what's cooking?

                  G'day Techie!

Out for the night, kiddos. Thanks for another lovely week of shared thoughts, dreams, obstacles - and inexplicable fleeeing joys.

I have hit the wall. Think that pregnancy thingo of Froglette's is catching.

I hope your school excursion was enlightening Mr G.

Nope can't type any more. Must hit shower.
Tomorrow I am erecting curtains. Or building them or installing them or some such bloody notion. What the hell does that Stewart woman from the US do with them? Wear them as a poncho?

                        Tired and cranky. Going in.
If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

                            Morning all,

Great to see you Cozzakstan! Thanks for the update. Stick with it mate, and be as positive as you can. Your future is so bright, i gotta wear shades, sunny's i tells ya.

Enlightening trip thanks Jonesy. 'J ward' in Ararat Victoria, was a prison for the 'criminally insane' which closed down around 1991 ish. Some gruesome stories of past inmates. We heard a bit about restraint jackets/clothing and leather hand restraints/cuff apparel that were used in the days before medication became a more common method of calming someone down. A few folk were sent to asylums on a signature from a copper and seemingly at a whim. Some folk were pretty violent, and some who weren't, were thrown into maximum security with serial murderers/rapists, like a 13 yr old kid was 40 yrs ago. That kid was put into Kew cottages here in melbourne when he was 2, yep, 2 yrs old 'for violent behaviour'. What?! He was locked up more often than out, and went on to commit serious crimes, and he is still locked up today. Another example of the importance of how we bring up and treat our kids. Anyway, good company on the 4 hr round trip, and a wave from the Frog going through, made it an okay day.

Do something magical for yourself or someone else today team roo!

I know we can only work according to what we know and the current thinking of the day, but I think what we failed to ask in health care in the long past is 'How would I like it?'
What the hell hope was there for that 2 year old?
I just thank Dog for the life I've had, grog addiction and all.

Well Cindi I tried your meditation technique and imagined where I wanted to be, but it all kept coming back to the same image: holding a sawn off shotgun at my neighbour's head and making him eat his manicured lawn. Is that legit?

Nice to see you Corri-Dorri. Sounds like you're heading in the right direction, and love that's all any of us can do. Hope you can drop in regular-like.

What's on the agenda for the weekend Glassy?

And a belated Happy Anniversary to Mr and Mrs Rags (only just did a forensic read back)

                                Morning Chundies,

Another 13-hour sleep was had but I woke up feeling fusking tired BUT ... temps for the next four days are predicted at 22, 22, 23, 23 so that's got to be good, non?

MrG - I know the Arabloodyrat jail well - I go to the hospital next door once a month.

Corrie - so good to see you popping in.

Well today I'm preparing for the onslaught of twelve visiting Nigel rellos tomorrow. Should be good fun because they're all nice people but I opted for "let's have lunch at the pub" rather than cooking. My days of large-scale entertaining are OVER. I have agreed however that we all come back here for coffee and cake.

Have a lovely weekend, one and all. Pat a dog today.
