Well, I woke up at 5:30 but I've had 2 naps since then so I'm counting this as my official 'up' time.

Before you worry - no it's OK, I'm already 'under a doctor' so to speak and it's just a combination of being completely exhausted from a full time job and my uni stuff and my happy drugs.

Might go and have another little nap actually

And they say all the good blokes are taken.....I bet at least 2 of the blokes in those photos are single...probably more.

Well Cindi I tried your meditation technique and imagined where I wanted to be, but it all kept coming back to the same image: holding a sawn off shotgun at my neighbour's head and making him eat his manicured lawn. Is that legit?

Didn't get home until 7 a.m. and completely exhausted...went up with 7 buses, 1 broke down on the way, shuffle kids..hot as fusking hell, sitting in sweat for hours....very nice stadium, great job at halftime, another bus breaks down on way home, shuffle kids...slept till damn near lunch, had a good time though(I think)...kids still asleep....Missy laughed wildly at the cats..was that Mr. G on the bike with the hunky muscles???...Tawny, great vid...also something you could use if your metronome breaks...off for more napping..

I often dig the rythyms of machinery when walking past some such noise. Maybe the fact i began my musical journey as a drummer....Will put up some pics of a hunky bloke and his bike this summer.

In work today. Interesting as always. Just a 'landing page' for me site up at the moment, as i haven't had time to put up content in the rush to have it up and 'launched' in some capacity for Aug. 31st. This was achieved last night around 9.00 p.m. Yeaah! Now to load some content and get the site punter interactive in next couple of days. A couple of noice folk i work with who have lived experience of a mental health issue(s) are being very helpful with links and idea's and have agreed to be guest bloggers now and then as part of my weekly blog on site. There are no limits here. Amazing.
